SEXUALITY COUNSELING
A supportive, inclusive space to explore your experiences, relationships, and concerns. Sexual health counseling is a short-term, client-centered service focused on resolving immediate sexual or relational challenges. We work together to navigate major life changes that impact your sexuality and to help improve communication, build understanding, and develop practical tools for change.
$200 | 50-70 minutes

PELVIC HEALTH PHYSICAL THERAPY
A whole-person approach to pelvic health that considers your body, history, and life experiences. Care includes education, movement, and hands-on or guided techniques (when appropriate), always at your comfort level.
$200 | 50-70 minutes
Virtual- WA, OR, WI, and in-person Bellingham, WA
Sliding scale for those who qualify- available on a limited basis
CONSULTATIONS
Are you a medical provider? Do you panic on the inside anytime someone brings up sex or sexuality? Let’s chat! I’m happy to offer a free first-time 15-minute consultation about specific cases or paid hour long visits to dive deep into tricky cases.

You may be eligible for reimbursement—just request a superbill after your session.
